Remains

Cathedral Church - Christchurch, New Zealand
This iconic church was not spared when a 6.3 magnitude earthquake hit Christchurch in Feb 2011. The destruction was massive, striking the heart of the city. The prominent bell tower that once stood (in front of the workman), is now reduced to a rubble. There is still ongoing debate whether the church should be restored, or be torn down and redesigned.
